Yes it’s true…..it’s the bands that the Keswick Beer Festival rejects that end up at Glastonbury and Carfest’s North and South!
Understandably, Elton John, Stone Roses, Coldplay, Billy Ocean and Bryan Adams were all very upset not to be headlining at the “Skiddaw Stage” at Keswick Beer Festival for our forthcoming 2017 Festival, however, as ever we don’t like to let our KBF Fans down so we do have some great bands to announce this year including our first ever act at the Sponsors Preview night on Thursday night (1st June).
So who are the Skiddaw Stage Headline acts for 2017? Well the list has yet to be completed but here’s who we know are booked so far…
We were entertained in 2017 by those below. Watch this space for 2018!!

They are made up of Johnny Denny on acoustic guitar, Jenni Hutchinson on cajon and vocals and Emily Roper on vocals. Jenni and Emily have been singing together since they were teenagers which shows itself in their harmonic blend. Add in Johnny’s immense guitar skills, a bit of percussion here and there and you have an eclectic range of songs, from all eras, performed to you by three local folk who love music. There’s bound to be something in their repertoire that will get your toes tapping
